We like to keep our products limited! We generally do not restock our products, but we may release the same styles in new color-ways or release completely new styles altogether!

SHIPPING

We only dispatch orders from our warehouse Monday - Friday. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

*In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.*

When importing goods to some countries orders may be subject to customs fees. To find out if this applies to you please seek information from your local government.

*We currently do not ship to: Russian Federation, Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

We do offer a free delivery service for purchases over R750 on SA orders.

All South African orders are shipped with Fastway Couriers.

The delivery agent will need a signature as proof of receipt.
If you're not around when you order is delivered then the delivery company will return your order to our warehouse and we will make arrangements to deliver again.

Please be aware that you may be charged for delivery for a second or subsequent delivery attempt.

We do offer international shipping to selected countries.

As all orders are currently shipped from South Africa, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to go through.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Gymshark, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

ORDERS

Usually, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size

  • Delivery/billing address

  • Adding items to your order

  • Shipping method

But, if you contact us via our quickest communication channels (usually by DM'ing us on Instagram) or calling us, we might be able to help you out. This is by no means a guarantee and once your order has been processed we will not be able to change any of the above.

We are also humans and will help where we can.

Unfortunately, once the payment has completed you can no longer add more products to this order.
You will need to place a new order to purchase additional products.

We do not have access to any of your details relating to debit or credit cards or other banking information.

Payfast logo

PayFast is a payments processing service.
It is a secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.
Payfast allows sellers to accept payments from buyers in a variety of ways such as credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA's four biggest banks that get instantly verified).


These include:

  • ABSA

  • FNB

  • Nedbank

  • Standard Bank


There is no charge to use PayFast.
If you bank with Capitec bank, please ensure you select ABSA's bank details from payfast when paying via EFT.
International Customers will be able to pay via Payfast via Credit Card only and NOT via EFT.

What is Mobicred?

Mobicred is a simple & convenient credit facility that allows you to safely shop online with our participating retailers. Your Mobicred account allows you to make one single monthly payment for all your purchases with a revolving credit limit - allowing you to spend whatever you re-pay.

What are the requirements to open a Mobicred account?

To open an account, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid South African ID number.
  • Have an existing valid bank account, a valid email address and a RICA’ d mobile number.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Earn a minimum monthly salary of R5,500.
  • You may need to submit 3 months most recent bank statements or payslips.

Who can use Mobicred?

Mobicred is only available for South African customers.

You can pay using any of the following methods:

Once payment has been successful, you will receive a system-generated e-mail confirming your order details and that the order was successfully processed.
Please note that the order confirmation e-mail is only a confirmation that your payment has been accepted.
You will receive a second system-generated e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched, once your products have been picked, packed and have left our warehouse.

No problem, we also allow payment via EFT.
However if you don't have your own credit card and cannot do an EFT payment, or if you are under the legal contracting age, you will need to ask a family member or friend to help you by shopping on your behalf.
They will need to register an account in their own name, and submit their card details for payment, but they can select your address for delivery, if different to their account address details, and agree that you accept delivery of the order.

PROMOTIONS

We frequently offer our customers discount promotions and special offers, so it is worth keeping an eye on our website and social media for up to date details on these special events.

When placing an order with WHITEWOLF, select the products you wish to purchase and enter your promotion/discount code (when applicable) within the Discount code box on the checkout screen.

At present, you may only enter one Promotional / Discount code per order.

This can be for a number of reasons:

  • Your promotion / discount code may have expired.
    (Please check the validity dates of the code you are trying to enter.)

  • You may have entered the incorrect promotion / discount code.
    (Please check that you have entered the correct code.)

  • You may not have spent the minimum required to activate the promotion.
    (Please check the promotion terms and conditions to see if your order qualifies.)
