What do we want? Our orders. When do we want them? Now! That's why we ship all our products with Fastway Couriers, to ensure you get your parcel in record time.

  • All orders placed with us, will be shipped out the next working day. For example, if you place an order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped out on a Wednesday.
  • Your parcel should be with you within 2-4 working days from the time it leaves our base.
  • If your parcel takes longer than 5 working days from the day it was shipped and you are not living in an outlying area, please contact us immediately to get an update from the courier.
  • Please take note that our couriers do not do deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Our main focus is for our customers to pay the lowest amount possible in shipping fees and thus our shipping rates are automatically calculated according to the weight of the items in your basket. This means you won't have to pay an extreme amount in shipping fees if you only order 1 or 2 items.


To calculate the shipping cost to your country, do the following:

  1. Fill your cart with all the products you would like to order.
  2. View your cart and proceed to "Checkout".
  3. Fill out your "Contact information" and "Shipping address"
  4. Click on "Continue to shipping"
  5. View and select your shipping rate.

Dispatching Information

We will only be dispatching from our warehouse Monday - Friday. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

*In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.*

When importing goods to some countries orders may be subject to customs fees. To find out if this applies to you please seek information from your local government. You will solely be responsible for all customs fees and duties.


Customs Duties & Import Fees

As all orders are currently shipped from South Africa, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to go through.

 

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to WHITEWOLF, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
